Stoneyfold Park’s luxury lodges are located in a superior position on a hillside at the far end of the park, surrounded by woodland with far-reaching views over the Cheshire Plain and nearby Peak District National Park.

The newest lodges on site are manufactured by Homeseeker Park & Leisure Homes, with our lodge of choice being their fabulous Adventurer. With its bright, spacious interior combined with the cosy feel of a traditional log cabin lodge, you can entertain or relax in total comfort and style. The modern living spaces have high vaulted and beamed ceilings, featuring a natural and contemporary design with exceptional quality décor and excellent finishes, which all come together to make each lodge the perfect home.

Each high-specification lodge carries the Gold Shield 10 Year Warranty, and has two bedrooms, one being en-suite, with a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a wood burner-style fire. The lodges also boast an additional bathroom and high quality timber decking for those long summer evenings, accessed by double patio doors from the dining room enabling you to take in the unhindered views of the Cheshire countryside.

All of our lodges are bordered by professionally landscaped gardens and gravel driveways, sympathetically designed using natural stone to complement the beautiful surroundings. Adjacent to the lodges, a designated visitor parking area has been created and to offer peace of mind to residents, an automated security barrier has been installed at the foot of the hill leading up to the lodge plots.

Prices start at £127,950 for a 31′ x 22′ two bedroom lodge.

Off Plan’ Purchase Option

We should explain that the lodges come with a set specification; however, if you were to order a lodge ‘off plan’, aspects can readily be changed to meet your needs, whether it is a change in kitchen or floor covering or deciding which curtains you prefer.

You will appreciate that if the options selected by you are an upgrade from the standard specification of our lodges, then an additional charge will be incurred. Customers ordering ‘off plan’ will also be required to pay a £50,000 deposit to secure their home.

Additional Information

  • New homeowners will be issued with a Park Home Agreement, which is called The Written Statement (please see link below). This agreement gives complete security of tenure for an indefinite period, all in accordance with government legislation (The Mobile Homes Act 1983 amended by the Housing Act 2004 and various regulations that have been introduced by statutory instruments).
  • Each lodge plot has been numbered and registered by Cheshire East Council.
  • Our Park fees for 2019 are £3,194.97 per year RPI index linked upwardly only. Stoneyfold Park adheres to the Code of Practice laid down by the British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA), which prohibits excessive rises in fees such as ground rent.
  • Council Tax will be charged directly to you by Cheshire East Council. Our lodges are Band “A”.
