We now have our new Wessex Milbourne Classic lodge on site, for sale at £149,950. New Lodge Now Sold
We are pleased to confirm that the latest Lodge has now been sold. The next Lodge (similar specification) is due to be built December 2007, ready for sale February 2008. Yes! these Lodges are so popular that Wessex are booked up so far ahead. Our apologies for the delay in offering the next one. New Lodge For Sale Soon
We have just ordered the next Wessex Milbourne Classic which is for sale at £139,950. The room sizes are the same as the quoted figures on the “Specification” page. The decor we have ordered is superb; a beige plain carpet, exquisite matching curtain materials to the settees and carpet with Roman Blinds on certain windows. The two settees are in leather as shown in the gallery pictures. The kitchen has white painted panelled doors and drawers as shown in the gallery photos with fitted fridge freezer and washing machine. Deer Roaming The Park
